Job Summary
A university is seeking a Remote Student Financial Services Team Lead.
Must be able to:
- Coach and develop a team of SFCs by identifying opportunities and recognizing positive behaviors
- Provide professional development by developing plans for immediate and long-term performance improvement
- Promote a supportive environment in which employees are encouraged to solve problems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in the field of financial aid, registrar functions, or bursar functions
- General knowledge and familiarity with governmental regulations and compliance
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including public speaking
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with domestic and international students and their families
- Positive, professional and student-oriented attitude
