Job Summary
An education benefits provider is filling a position for a Remote Student Operations Support Associate Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supervising a team of 8-12 Student Operations Specialists who work on a high volume of inbound tickets
- Driving team performance through holding team members’ accountable to company and team objectives using a data driven approach
- Managing consistent change by supporting team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience managing teams with defined OKRs, KPIs, or metrics
- Experience with change management and/or rolling out new processes/procedures to drive efficiency
- Experience using analytical approaches to develop, measure, and evolve processes
- Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate effectively while under pressure
- Experience building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
