Job Summary

A computer technology school is filling a position for a Remote Student Operations Support Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Connect with applicants, students, and alumni via Slack, email, chat, and phone
  • Handle and resolve student complaints/inquiries
  • Document all student interactions, in detail, for future follow-up and case management

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Administrative Support
  • Experience working with and achieving metric goals
  • Experience using systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, Notion, G Suite, etc)
  • Experience in case management and documentation
  • Experience with appointment setting and follow-up
