Job Summary
A computer technology school is filling a position for a Remote Student Operations Support Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Connect with applicants, students, and alumni via Slack, email, chat, and phone
- Handle and resolve student complaints/inquiries
- Document all student interactions, in detail, for future follow-up and case management
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Administrative Support
- Experience working with and achieving metric goals
- Experience using systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, Notion, G Suite, etc)
- Experience in case management and documentation
- Experience with appointment setting and follow-up
