Job Summary
A not-for-profit higher education institution is in need of a Remote Student Portal Content Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control and adherence to brand guidelines based on established governance plan
- Provide a unified and organized view of learner portal content across departments
- Conduct quarterly reviews and audits to assess engagement levels and referral traffic to make enhancement recommendations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing or communications
- 1 + years of experience in CMS and CRM platforms
- Follow writing conventions and AP style
- Experience developing marketing and communication strategies and campaigns
- Working knowledge Google Analytics and Power BI
