Remote Student Services Manager

Job Summary

A national online training provider is seeking a Remote Student Services Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Continually analyzing program data to understand what is positively or negatively impacting student retention
• Evaluating interactions between Advisors and students and implement regular coaching sessions
• Working with the internal team to identify opportunities to improve on student experience and outcomes
