Job Summary
An e-learning company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Student Services Manager in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Training Student Success Advisors on new policies and processes
- Evaluating interactions between Advisors and students and implement regular coaching sessions
- Preparing and presenting material at internal and external meetings, both in person and virtually
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Proven ability to influence change
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Work effectively in a fast-paced changing environment
- Experience managing, coaching and developing customer facing staff
