Job Summary
A national online training provider is seeking a Remote Student Success Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Utilizing an engagement plan that involves a variety of contact strategies
- Identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting at-risk issues
- Acting as the student’s personal coach throughout their program of study
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least one year of experience in a career advising/coaching/recruiting role
- Ability to understand the needs and challenges faced by student learners
- Ability to communicate effectively through multiple channels and across departments
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and customer service skills
- Genuine interest and commitment to helping students achieve their goals
