Job Summary
A university that provides onsite and online education is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Student Success Coaching Global Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Hire, develop, and supervise staff
- Assign and adjust cohorts for success coaches as needed
- Prepare and present material on success coaching-related topics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
- 3 or more years of experience working in academic advising, advocacy, coaching, or related
- Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum requirements
- Demonstrated technology skills including Google and Microsoft platforms
- Able to generate and deploy training materials using technology
- Experience working with diverse populations
