A for profit educational institution is filling a position for a Remote Student Success Coordinator and Re-Entry Advisor in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reaching out to, re-enrolling and advising students who have previously dropped
- Identifying obstacles that are hindering the student from re-enrolling
- Following the standardized university guidelines and procedures for re-entry
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of online distance education model and success strategies
- Knowledge of customer service strategies and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with student success and retention strategies
- Excellent oral, written and telephone communication skills
