Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Student Support Advisor I - National.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support new student enrollment process by providing comprehensive information on programs and costs
  • Monitor student accounts, evaluate academic and financial awards, and identify obstacles to student success
  • Employ data and systems to track enrollment, persistence, and graduation information
Required Qualifications:
  • Some college coursework required
  • Minimum of 1 year of exceptional customer service or advising experience in an education setting
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and database software systems
  • Access to NSLDS system and not in default of Title IV Federal aid
  • Home office equipped with DSL or Cable Internet with required speeds
