Job Summary
An online education company is in need of a Remote Student Support Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee a caseload of students
- Monitor student participation
- Arrange support conferences as needed to address performance concerns
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- 2 years of college and 2 years of experience in education or equivalent
- Experience coordinating academically-oriented clubs and extra-curricular activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Web proficiency
- Familiarity with the online learning experience
- Customer service focus
