Job Summary
A university is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Student Support Advisor I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support the new student intake process
- Create and confirm an accurate financial plan
- Confirm and track accurate enrollment, persistence and graduation information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Outstanding customer service skills with 1+ years of customer service or related experience
- Ability to work a variety of office hours including evenings and weekends
- PC skills in Microsoft Office, Internet applications and database software
- Eligible to obtain and maintain systems access to the NSLDS system
