Job Summary

A university is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Student Support Advisor I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support the new student intake process
  • Create and confirm an accurate financial plan
  • Confirm and track accurate enrollment, persistence and graduation information

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Outstanding customer service skills with 1+ years of customer service or related experience
  • Ability to work a variety of office hours including evenings and weekends
  • PC skills in Microsoft Office, Internet applications and database software
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain systems access to the NSLDS system
