Job Summary

An online education company is in need of a Remote Student Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Responds to student, faculty, staff and/or community inquiries
  • Assists current and prospective students with various needs related to the assigned program
  • Serves as the subject matter expert and resource to students, faculty, management, staff and the community

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Requires knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Requires basic knowledge of and use of learning, communication tools, and technologies
  • Requires knowledge of program support principles and practices
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in a highly responsible customer support capacity
