Job Summary

An online test preparation service provider is in need of a Student Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering students’ questions about the company
  • Chatting with students about any inquiries over the phone
  • Helping troubleshoot student issues and escalate as necessary

Required Skills:

  • You have outstanding writing skills
  • You are comfortable learning new tech tools like, Zendesk, Slack and Asana
  • You are plugged in, responsive and supportive of your team members
  • You understand that students come from many different educational experiences and backgrounds
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience using Zendesk
