An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Student Support Specialist in Brooklyn.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Educating prospective students on courses, product features, transfer credits, and semester schedules
- Engaging with prospective students in a positive manner to identify their needs
- Assessing and executing course refund requests with our Community Manager
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in ZenDesk and Google Applications
- Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities
- 3-4 years in Customer Service
