Job Summary
Overseeing the full lifecycle of subcontractor engagement, the Remote Subcontractor Services Manager will lead a team focused on vendor sourcing, onboarding, and compliance management while working remotely on a full-time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team responsible for subcontractor services and vendor administration
- Develop and maintain a nationwide network of qualified subcontractors and manage the onboarding process
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with insurance and licensing requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading small to medium-sized teams
- At least 5 years of experience in subcontractor management or related fields
- Demonstrated experience negotiating contract terms and compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of COI management and documentation governance
