Job Summary
A nonprofit organization specializing in research and consulting is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Subcontracts Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading all subcontracting functions related to all contract awards for projects (Federal, state, and commercial) that company primes
- Preparing, issuing, and managing subcontractor Requests for Proposal (RFP) in support of proposal process
- Ensuring overall compliance with internal policies as well as regulatory, FAR, Uniform Guidance, and other legal requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7 years of Subcontracts management experience
- Experience managing contracts and CRM or other database
- Proven motivated self-starter with demonstrated ability to effectively work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to develop, execute, monitor, and drive process improvements
- Ability to review internal documentation to ensure accuracy of information and obtain internal approvals
- Ability to maintain contract records in the Subcontracts CRM tool (Deltek Costpoint) as well as company's Subcontracts Repository
