Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Subject Matter Expert MUMPS Developer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Effectively design and write code for new MUMPS routines and Remote Procedure Calls
- Design/architect changes to existing MUMPS routines and RPC’s
- Prepare documentation and other artifacts for MUMPS patch release
Position Requirements Include:
- BS degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 7 years of professional mumps development experience
- Experience with Intersystem’s Cache is required for creating and managing new VistA modules
- Strong team leadership skills with excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs VistA system and Fileman API
- Experience with the Department of Veteran Affairs, tools, processes, and frameworks
