Job Summary

An IT and engineering firm is in need of a Remote Subject Matter Expert Senior Technical Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing objective advice
• Supporting projects related to the individual's subject matter expertise

Qualifications for this position include:

• BS 12-15, MS 10-13 or Phd 10+ or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience managing IT service desks of similar scope and complexity
• Familiarity with DOD IT security requirements
• Demonstrated experience with collecting and reporting ticket metrics
• Demonstrated experience interfacing with customer senior leadership
• Demonstrated experience with ticketing systems and incident management in a large Windows-based environment
