Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Submission Controls Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a team to support diagnostic data submissions
- Managing PHI data and ensuring submission is complete and accurate
- Performing frequent audits on all submissions to ensure compliance with established metrics
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience leading teams and managing staff performance
- 2+ years of experience in SQL
- 5+ years of experience in data management
- Experience in managing business process and workflow
