Remote Subrogation Quality Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Experienced Multi-Line Subrogation Quality & Recovery Specialist will ensure service quality and compliance through audits, claim reviews, and performance analysis while supporting recovery objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Completes audits of internal subrogation claim handling and evaluates performance to ensure compliance
- Performs analytical reviews to identify operational trends and recommend improvements
- Prepares clear reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of multi-line insurance subrogation experience, including inter-company arbitration and claims auditing
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong time and project management skills
- Reliable home internet access with minimum speeds of 15 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload
- Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP) and other professional designations preferred
