Remote Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the complete subrogation process for medical claims, the full-time Remote Med-Pay/PIP Subrogation Specialist will investigate, negotiate, and settle claims identified for subrogation potential while working from home.

Key responsibilities:

• Navigate a proprietary database to process and resolve claims with subrogation potential
• Document all activities related to recovery, including conversations, correspondence, and file updates
• Handle medical subrogation files of moderate to high complexity with appropriate knowledge and expertise

Required qualifications:

• Experience in subrogation or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong understanding of state negligence laws and statutes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for remote work
