Remote Subscription Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subscription Sales Representative for The Cleveland Orchestra.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact past donors/subscribers to sell subscription ticket packages for the 2025-26 Blossom Series season
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere
• Maintain quality customer service while following a script and addressing potential technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Knowledgeable and passionate about classical music and the performing arts
• Proven sales and/or fundraising experience with a track record of closing sales
• Ability to follow directions and utilize scripts effectively
• Computer proficiency and capability to troubleshoot equipment or internet issues
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and comfort in receiving feedback
