Job Summary

A business strategy and consulting services firm is filling a position for a Remote Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Associate Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying and proactively addressing client needs
• Developing and ensuring quality deliverables
• Maintaining security and privacy of all data handled

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Minimum 10 years’ professional experience
• Experience with federal, state and local, and/or non-profit substance abuse and behavioral health organization(s)
• Prior experience managing and owning internal and/or external client/ stakeholder relationships
• Ability to provide examples of initiatives developed around solving systemic behavioral health issues
• Demonstrated leadership experience and proven abilities to work successfully as a team member
