Job Summary

A software developer has a current position open for a Remote Success Communications Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Writing, editing, and curation of content and feature articles as needed for Bentley’s Digital Currency Newsletter and Success Story program
  • Researching externally authored content and develop summaries for relevant content for linking to Bentley’s Digital Currency Newsletter and other Success Comms outlets
  • Partnering with in-house resources to develop reusable sales collateral presentations (ppt) and marketing/communications materials for our Account teams and User Success teams.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications Journalism, English, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills: flexibility, patience, creativity, and the ability to adjust work style to match changing and/or conflicting priorities
  • Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards
