Job Summary
A consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Success Factors System Administrator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to our clients via a customer support ticketing system for system admin related issues
- Providing support and guidance to our client administrators
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes and enhancements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5% travel for training or client support
- 1-3 years of SuccessFactors system administration in at least two modules
- Strong relationship skills both internal and external
- Basic Knowledge of web technology including HTML, XML, browsers, etc. required
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding or experience supporting an HCM system
