Job Summary

A consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Success Factors System Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to our clients via a customer support ticketing system for system admin related issues
  • Providing support and guidance to our client administrators
  • Troubleshooting and resolving problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes and enhancements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5% travel for training or client support
  • 1-3 years of SuccessFactors system administration in at least two modules
  • Strong relationship skills both internal and external
  • Basic Knowledge of web technology including HTML, XML, browsers, etc. required
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding or experience supporting an HCM system
