Job Summary

An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Success Support Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting new families and tutors through the process of getting started
• Collaborating with all team members to execute tasks and project goals
• Responding quickly and following through on the needs and requests of families and tutors

Required Skills:

• 3+ years in a customer support or sales role
• 1+ year of proven success in a remote work environment
• Proven, creative problem-solving skills in a customer support or telephone sales environment
• Demonstrated active-listening skills
• Experience with various technology platforms
