Job Summary

A performance improvement solutions company has an open position for a Remote SuccessFactors HCM Project Manager in Columbia.

Must be able to:

• Serve as the single point of accountability for all aspects of their assigned project(s)
• Maintain project documentation and prepare/deliver project progress reports
• Perform final review of deliverables

RequiredSkills:

• 5 years experience managing projects, including defining project scope and budget, creating project plans, managing resources etc
• Knowledge of technical data processing procedures, policies, and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• An ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation and support engagements, or experience with similar LMS products
