A performance improvement solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SuccessFactors LMS Support Specialist in Raleigh.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering emails and tickets related to user questions
  • Preparing standard statistical reports
  • Making outbound follow up inquires as necessary

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience working with the LMS SuccessFactors
  • Experience in customer service, help desk support, or equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint and web-based applications
