A performance improvement solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SuccessFactors LMS Support Specialist in Raleigh.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering emails and tickets related to user questions
- Preparing standard statistical reports
- Making outbound follow up inquires as necessary
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience working with the LMS SuccessFactors
- Experience in customer service, help desk support, or equivalent combination of experience and training
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint and web-based applications
- Be able to multitask and be able to prioritize work requirements
- Must be highly customer service driven and team oriented
