Job Summary

A provider of Technology resources and services is in need of a Remote SumTotal Consultant in Baltimore.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading the client in making configuration decisions to achieve their desired system end state
• Planning and conducting configuration workshops
• Consulting on best practices, lessons learned, and key considerations on human capital management systems

Required Skills:

• Willing and able to travel 25%
• 2 or more years’ experience in supporting and consulting on the SumTotal System
• Strong consultative and product knowledge required,
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
• All other requirements necessary for this position
