Job Summary

IT support company seeking an executive administrative assistant to help with tasks including but not limited to:
--Placing orders with distributors and vendors and then seeing them through until delivery
--Liaising between departments at company
--Invoicing clients
--Interacting with clients on AR matters
--Onboarding new clients in our internal systems
--Basic QuickBooks work as we have a bookkeeper and CPA
--Being an intermediary between me and clients/employees
--Working with service team to improve processes
--Work on getting all our clients on electronic payment whether it's credit card or ACH
--Master carrier services quoting and presentation with one of our vendors
--Download invoices from vendors and collaborate with bookkeeping
--Ensure expenses are billed back to clients
--Work with insurance company to obtain certificates of insurance
--Eventually be able to address day to day operations/questions in my absence
--Potentially submit payroll twice a month

--Previous experience with ConnectWise and QuickBooks Online (QBO)
--Someone who is on the ball, computer savvy, picks up things quickly and can think outside the box
--Prompt and professional
--Works, moves and responds FAST
--Long term freelance professional, not someone who is between full time jobs
--Must be trustworthy and used to handling confidential information
