Remote Supervising Physician (MD/DO)

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the part-time Remote Supervising Physician (MD/DO) will conduct video visits with patients, oversee care plans, and ensure effective clinical oversight while working a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first clinical touchpoint for patients, conducting video visits using provided medical records
• Review care plans and logged hours from care advocates monthly to ensure patient health and social circumstances improve
• Provide clinical judgment and oversight to maintain a coherent, safe, and effective care continuum

Required qualifications

• MD or DO degree with active, unrestricted licenses in at least one of the following states: California, Florida, Texas, New Jersey, New York, or Arizona
• A clean record with no past disciplinary actions against the medical license
• Demonstrated patience and empathy, especially when working with an elderly Medicare population
• Reliable remote setup with strong internet connectivity and a professional work environment
• Technical fluency and ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools
