Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to employees for accurate and timely processing of appeals/disputes
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy in appeal/dispute resolution case preparation
• Supervise, train, and evaluate project work activities and personnel

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60+ credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Experience as a Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC), Medicare, appeals, or medical disputes may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis
• One year of experience in an operations environment
• Supervisory or Team Lead experience required
• Managed Care experience preferred
