Remote Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing leadership and oversight, the full-time Remote Supervisor will manage non-exempt staff in the processing of appeals and disputes, ensuring operational goals are met while supervising and training personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Leads employees in the accurate and timely processing of appeals and disputes
• Manages inventory levels and ensures the accuracy of case preparation and resolution
• Implements quality control procedures and achieves operational and production goals

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60+ credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• One year of experience in an operations environment, with supervisory or team lead experience
• Experience with Medicare Part C related appeals activities is preferred
• Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC) or related experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis
