Job Summary
A staffing company is seeking a Remote Supervisory Human Resources Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Reviewing new or proposed VHA, DEU, OPM policies, procedures, guidelines
- Evaluating work performance of subordinates
- Conducting quality assurance reviews for compliance with delegated examining regulations
Position Requirements Include:
- Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
- Must have one year of specialized experience
- Must be able to lead staff to accomplish delegated examining work
- Effective communication skills
