A business services company specializing in customer relationship management is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Lead Pharmacist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Coordinating operations of a 20-24 person call-service team
• Ensuring regular and effective communication with subordinate staff on performance, goals, and coaching
• Providing regular supervision and mentorship over subordinate staff

Required Skills:

• Pharmacist Licensure, current and unrestricted
• B.S. in Pharmacy and/or PharmD degree from accredited School of Pharmacy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Time management skills and computer proficiency
• Objectivity, professionalism and maturity
