Job Summary
A systems integration company is filling a position for a Remote Supplemental Insurance Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Evaluating, analyzing, and documenting requirements
- Producing data maps, business requirement documentation, process flows and other mapping documents
- Operating as a liaison between technical personnel and the end-user departments
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum three years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Minimum five years' experience in the Supplemental Insurance industry
- Able to assist in the recommendations to improve or support ongoing clients
- Assisting in creating test scenarios required to meet business requirements
- Able to understand and address client issues and escalations
