Job Summary
A social media company has a current position open for a Remote Supplier Master Data Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Enable the company's Procure-to-Pay processes by actively maintaining its Supplier Master System
- Review and approve supplier onboarding applications against existing controls
- Support QA of new and existing supplier records
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience flourishing in an environment of complexity, fast growth, and ambiguity
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Highly motivated and experiencing thinking clearly under pressure
- 2+ years’ experience in Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Accounts Payable, Audit, and/or related experience in a global company
- Attention to detail and understanding of supplier onboarding requirements as well as knowledge of global tax and banking regulations
- Experience working independently with minimal managerial oversight and in a group setting
