Job Summary

A diversified technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Supply Chain Customer Experience Transformation Leader.

Must be able to:

  • Define the standard measures by which the company will assess customer experience
  • Establish the channels through which the company will capture and disseminate that information
  • Administer a Net Promoter Score (NPS) data collection and management program

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business discipline
  • Educational emphasis on strategy, organizational science, and/or supply chain, logistics, etc
  • 10 years experience in manufacturing or supply chain leadership in an international company
  • Experience bringing change opportunities to life through storytelling and advanced analytics
  • Understanding of best practices for customer relationship management and customer support systems
  • Comfortable using a variety of tools to ingest and analyze customer data
