Job Summary
A supply chain, logistics, trucking, and data news company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager in Chattanooga.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting clients while delivering and communicating ROI throughout the customer lifecycle
- Working closely with Sales Executives, VPs & Market Experts to continuously drive & improve customer engagement & retention
- Providing an exceptional customer experience by following best practices throughout onboarding, service, renewal & upsell stages
Required Skills:
- Experience providing an exceptional customer experience and developing customer relationships
- Basic understanding of the transportation and logistics industry
- Ability to work autonomously, perform well under pressure and manage change effectively
- Capable of interpreting findings, and communicating valuable, actionable insights
- Advanced skills in a CRM platform(s)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in customer success or solutions
