Job Summary
A food production company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Supply Chain Finance Director in New York City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing financial closing process, summarizing financial results with insights
- Partnering with supply chain teams to identify and facilitate implementation of short term and strategic initiatives to deliver budget and long-term plan
- Driving accountability and implement tracking of savings projects vs goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8-15 years of experience with 3-5 years in a supply chain finance role with CPG experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles and cost accounting
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Able to identify, take action and implement ideas that drivers continues improvement
- Present concepts, recommendations, and analyses to senior management
