Job Summary
A platform for sustainable, environmentally responsible supply chain management needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Supply Chain Management Software Customer Satisfaction and NPS Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Evaluate all customer feedback and develop a monthly reporting cadence; share across business unit leadership
- Define, implement and own the process for customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score across the company
- Identify trends and drive actions plans to address satisfaction issues; track these through implementation and assess impact
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience delivering cross-functional projects in a B2B environment
- Bachelor or Masters degree in marketing, communication, business or a related field
- Track record of successfully delivering high-profile, high-risk employee-facing programs
- Ability to identify and articulate technical requirements for software roadmaps and other tools
- Fluent English (French a plus)
