Job Summary

A platform for sustainable, environmentally responsible supply chain management needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Supply Chain Management Software Customer Satisfaction and NPS Program Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Evaluate all customer feedback and develop a monthly reporting cadence; share across business unit leadership
  • Define, implement and own the process for customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score across the company
  • Identify trends and drive actions plans to address satisfaction issues; track these through implementation and assess impact

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience delivering cross-functional projects in a B2B environment
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in marketing, communication, business or a related field
  • Track record of successfully delivering high-profile, high-risk employee-facing programs
  • Ability to identify and articulate technical requirements for software roadmaps and other tools
  • Fluent English (French a plus)
