Job Summary
A distributor of scientific products and laboratory supplies is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Supply Chain Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing an understanding of product family life cycles
- Performing trending analysis to determine appropriate and required inventory levels
- Applying analytical and statistical techniques to develop a tactical inventory requirement
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A relevant degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain etc
- Experience with enterprise-level planning; use of APO or similar forecasting tools
- Proficient in MS office suite (Excel, Access, Word), SQL or Python skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and deploy short-term tools and reporting capabilities
