Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Supply Chain Technology Learning and Development Specialist in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Have a hand in building and scaling a Learning and Development program
• Create and manage new programs
• Serve as a coach and mentor for employees

Qualifications Include:

• Able to travel to global offices when travel restrictions are lifted and deemed safe again
• 5+ years’ experience in corporate learning and training programs
• 3+ years’ experience in building and managing eLearning and online training content
• 3+ years’ experience facilitating in-person training and new employee onboarding
• Experience of digital approaches and resources that can be used for remote training
• Ability to Identify which blended training solutions are most appropriate
