Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Analyst to manage and resolve support tickets related to Human Resource Management and Payroll modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Monitor the support queue, manage new tickets, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Develop knowledge of ERP applications and provide recommendations to prevent recurring issues
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting or working with ERP systems, especially in Human Resources and Payroll
- Strong technical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills
- Experience in HR, payroll, finance, or accounting environments is preferred
- Preferred software experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Uniface, or Acucobol
- Knowledge of troubleshooting APIs and/or web services is preferred
