Job Summary
A customized IT solutions developer is in need of a Remote Support Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interview the customer to understand the problem they are having
- Problem solve with clients and/or colleagues to pinpoint issues
- Identify and document customer requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Achieve monthly support targets
- Maintain high degree of customer satisfaction
- 3-5 years of ERP implementation experience
- Experience in implementing and/or supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Experience in either the food industry or equipment rental industry is a strong asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
