Job Summary

A customized IT solutions developer is in need of a Remote Support Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Interview the customer to understand the problem they are having
  • Problem solve with clients and/or colleagues to pinpoint issues
  • Identify and document customer requirements

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Achieve monthly support targets
  • Maintain high degree of customer satisfaction
  • 3-5 years of ERP implementation experience
  • Experience in implementing and/or supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Experience in either the food industry or equipment rental industry is a strong asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
