Job Summary
A real estate advisory firm is filling a position for a Remote Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Provide application support services to clients in the Multi-family and Commercial real estate markets
- Field client requests via ticketing system, email and/or phone
- Understand and interpret client requests accurately
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience supporting desktop and enterprise computer applications in a corporate or client service (ex. software vendor) organization
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with MS SQL queries and relational databases is preferred
- Knowledge of real estate and/or financial industries is preferred
- Candidates with MRI and/or Yardi experience given strong preference
