Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing sound advice and assistance in relation to products and services
  • Raising and handling of faults as appropriate
  • Contributing to business process improvement initiatives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service skills, keeping the customer informed of progress
  • Previous background supporting applications to a client base (internal or external)
  • Fantastic troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of database queries, preferably ORACLE
