A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing sound advice and assistance in relation to products and services
- Raising and handling of faults as appropriate
- Contributing to business process improvement initiatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service skills, keeping the customer informed of progress
- Previous background supporting applications to a client base (internal or external)
- Fantastic troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of database queries, preferably ORACLE
