Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Support Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to alarms, phone calls, emails, and chats related to facilities and municipal services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests while processing orders and applications
- Manage work orders and coordinate communication between customers and vendors
Required Qualifications
- Must have a dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams is required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have an ergonomically supportive chair with armrests
- Willingness to appear on camera when required
