Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Support Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to alarms, phone calls, emails, and chats related to facilities and municipal services
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests while processing orders and applications
  • Manage work orders and coordinate communication between customers and vendors
Required Qualifications
  • Must have a dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams is required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have an ergonomically supportive chair with armrests
  • Willingness to appear on camera when required
