Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Support Cloud Solutions Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and leading the company Support Cloud account strategy
  • Delivering maximum revenue potential across the various company offerings relevant to that customer
  • Managing the complete and complex sales-cycle

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel is required, approximately 25-35% Must have a valid driver's license
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • In depth understanding of the Customer Support functions
  • 5+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
  • Account Executive roles while carrying a minimum $1MM quota
  • In depth understanding of Communications Service Provider (CSP) business with specific focus on cloud enabled solutions
