Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Support Cloud Solutions Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and leading the company Support Cloud account strategy
- Delivering maximum revenue potential across the various company offerings relevant to that customer
- Managing the complete and complex sales-cycle
Qualifications Include:
- Travel is required, approximately 25-35% Must have a valid driver's license
- Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
- In depth understanding of the Customer Support functions
- 5+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
- Account Executive roles while carrying a minimum $1MM quota
- In depth understanding of Communications Service Provider (CSP) business with specific focus on cloud enabled solutions
